Our Review:
OK, this is one of my favorite VBS programs, without doubt. I love the secret agent idea and again (like in LifeWay's Agency D3) there is an emphasis on apologetics.
Nice work, AiG! (Answers in Genesis.) This is a very good VBS program that will help its participants understand that Jesus is God and that other religions do not lead to heaven.
At the International Spy Academy (ISA) kids train to become Special "Agents for the One True God." Each day, in small groups called "Truth Force Squads" they visit 4 fun stations; including ISA Headquarters, Classified Crafts, Agents in Action (Games), and Top Secret Snacks.
Everything is geared to reflect the theme and the lesson for the day... even the snacks. They have great names like "Hot on the Trail Mix." (Yeah... Isn't that wonderful? I laughed so hard when I heard this one at the official preview that I actually disrupted the meeting! I promised I was going to put it in my review!)
There are hands-on activities each day that help the kids discover the truths about the One True God. And the crafts are designed to be able to take home and share what they have learned for the day.
AiG has made it easy for folks with any size budget to do this VBS. I don't think you can go wrong. For instance, the Starter Kit can be purchased either with or without music. And the Super Starter Kit (the one with the music) comes in two different versions; one with contemporary music and the other with traditional music.
Another nice feature is that you have the option of either performing the skits each day or using prepared videos with the skits already on them.
Take a good, long look at this one! Maybe the Answers 2014 VBS International Spy Academy is just what you need this year!

Apologetics Lesson: False views of God bombard our kids daily. Agents will discover how to identify the true God of the Bible from counterfeit religions.
Memory Verse: Isaiah 45:5 - Day 2: Finding Fingerprints
Passage: Baptism of Jesus (Matthew 3:13–17)
Apologetics Lesson: Most counterfeit religions deny that Jesus is God. Agents will find that Jesus is truly God, a member of the Trinity.
Memory Verse: Matthew 28:19 - Day 3: Cracking Codes
Passage: Moses and the Burning Bush (Exodus 3)
Apologetics Lesson: All-powerful. Unchanging. Perfect. All-knowing. Agents will crack codes to learn more about the Great I AM!
Memory Verse: Exodus 3:14 - Day 4: Collecting Clues
Passage: Gospel Presentation (Genesis 1–3; Gospels)
Apologetics Lesson: Can we have fellowship with God? Agents will collect clues to reveal the only way to the one true God is through His Son Jesus.
Memory Verse: John 3:16 - Day 5: Hot on the Trail
Passage: The Greatest Commandment (Mark 12:28–34)
Apologetics Lesson: The one true God loves and cares for us unendingly. Agents will discover that God wants us to love Him and to share His love with others.
